Ava Hamilton (avahamilton.com) provides AI-assisted spiritual readings for personal reflection and insight. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

Readings from Ava Hamilton are for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and entertainment purposes only.

They are not a substitute for professional advice including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or crisis service in your country.

Readings are generated using artificial intelligence. They are thoughtfully prepared and personally relevant, but they do not constitute prediction, prophecy, or guaranteed outcomes. You are responsible for the decisions you make in your own life.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Readings are purchased individually. Prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include all applicable taxes.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

Once a reading has been generated and delivered, it is non-refundable. If your reading was not delivered due to a technical error on our part, please contact us within 7 days and we will either re-deliver or issue a full refund.

Subscriptions (if applicable) may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused subscription time.

Gift readings are non-refundable once the gift claim email has been sent to the recipient. Unclaimed gifts expire after 12 months.

You agree not to:

• ✦Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the service
• ✦Use the service to generate content intended for redistribution or commercial use without permission
• ✦Provide false information with intent to deceive
• ✦Use the service if you are under 18 years of age

The readings generated for you are personal and private. You may keep and share them for personal use. You may not sell, republish, or commercially exploit reading content.

The Ava Hamilton brand, website design, and all associated content remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or imitate the brand without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ava Hamilton and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on reading content.

Our total liability for any claim related to this service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific reading or subscription period in question.

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Readings may occasionally be delayed due to technical issues. In such cases we will communicate promptly and offer alternatives.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email.
